How long does it take for orders to arrive?
Typically all orders are dispatched within 24 hours from our warehouse (excluding weekends and holidays).
The actual time it takes for the courier company to deliver your item can vary, but as a rule of thumb the mainland UK is usually 1 business day, Europe is usually 3 to 6 business days, and the rest of the World variable.
 
Can I track my order online?
Yes, we'll keep you informed via email and/or text when your order is due to be delivered.
You will be able to view exactly where your parcel is at any time, along with the ability to amend, divert, postpone, etc all online.
On the day of delivery you will be able to pinpoint your probable time slot to approximately a 15 minute window!

 
What happens if I'm out when the parcel is delivered?
If you're not in the courier will pop a card through your letter box and let you know that they've attempted delivery. You can then either re-arrange the delivery directly with the courier or collect the item directly from your nearest depot.
If you fail to be at home on more than two occasions you may be charged a re-delivery charge which is £20.00
 
What happens if my order is late?
 Most UK orders will arrive within 2 days, but in peak times this may increase.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days then please firstly check the tracking system to see if the courier has previously attempted delivery, or if it's already been signed for by someone else.
If you think there's an issue with the delivery of your order, please contact us via email. We'll be more than happy to help. 
 
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event of this happening please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
We will happily replace any damaged items which are reported to us within 24 hours.
After 24 hours has elapsed we cannot accept any liability for damages.
